What avenue of divine instruction has priority over all others (what is God’s top messenger)? The answer is the Bible. More specifically, the answer is the King James Bible. Now, we need to have the proper understanding of the King James Bible. The proper understanding of the King James Bible will be obtained through CUBE (the Christian University King James Bible Manuscript and Interpretive Hermeneutics Encyclopedia), which provides the understanding of the Bible shared by all informed Christians throughout history and is the only other work of biblical scholarship that provides our complete text on Manuscript Hermeneutics.
Is it a sin to read modern Bible versions? First, you must know that modern Bibles versions are not really modern Bible versions. Rather, so-called modern Bible versions are really Bible commentaries and Bible commentaries may contain falsehood.
Now, as long as you know that so-called modern Bible versions are really Bible commentaries and that Bible commentaries may contain falsehood, it is not a sin to read so-called modern Bible versions, that is, it is not a sin to read these Bible commentaries.
Remember, only the King James Bible is the Bible. In addition, in the future, the spelling-updated King James Bible (the International Authorized Version, which contains spelling changes like those that were made in the King James Bible in the past) may replace the current King James Bible.
God guides your life in two general ways:
- God instructs you. He does this in many ways. For example, common sense (for example, if you stick your hand in a fire, you will get burned), education (for example, two plus two equals four), Bible reading (for example, thou shalt not kill), and other ways, more ways than you will ever know.
- God delays you. He does this in many ways. For example, you decide to take a trip but your family needs your help with some problem, so you cancel your trip. Another example, you apply for a job then learn someone else has already been hired for the job, so you look for another job. Another example, a stranger attacks your child, so you fear for your child’s life then shoot the stranger. In general, God delays you from doing something or delays you from refraining from doing something.
